Frank, I enjoyed reading your biography. So many people in the world today blame their adult behavior on things from their childhood. You didn't have that perfect life growing up, but had goals and determination and you have acomplished alot. God has been so good to all of us . I believe you need to learn from your past, get over the bad, move forward, and want better for yourself. I t is always a joy to see you at the gym.
