Hey Frank I just checked out your website and listened to your song. Really enjoyed it. I met you this year at the Kroc center gym and have enjoyed our chats. I remember you from the news years ago. Didn’t know you could sing but finding out now. I’m glad to have met you and hope to continue talking with you in the future. Thanks Preston Price

A good rainy morning to you, Frank! I say that because your gospel music is perfect for this dreary day. I am so glad that we have reconnected after so many years. Your personality shined back then just as it does today!
Blessings, Barbara

Frank this is Alfred... the deaf w/all the body markings that u may have noticed @the gym. I once knew you by sight thirty years ago. Didn't have any prior knowledge of exactly who this totally inspiration was that's where I should always be just like he is. I have gotten so much from you this past year or so. Almost every time I walk into the gym I see you. Did you ever know Joan Harold channel 6. She interviewed me in 1981. Now I'm with great hesitation. Go then straight to the music and just like the gym. We are one. My body markings. The most power thing that Christ did that everyone on earth can also do just like Christ did it. That forty days & nights w/carob root. Frank obviously my body markings bare the medical documentation. We have music. We have Christ. We have that gym. I am not religious Frank. Alfred knows first hand about what is true about love. I truly look forward to being all about the things we are one with. Being deaf doing this in print is most welcome. Thus we have journalism.

I finally got some time after four major print projects including a new book coming out in March to listen to your recordings with the Melodians. I really loved the traditional gospel sound especially with Heaven Bound which reminded me a lot of Sam Cooke's early gospel recordings with the Soul Stirrers. I also enjoy the stripped down version of Because He Lives, which I've always enjoyed hearing on the Gaither Homecoming TV specials. Bill Gaither, in fact, is going to be on Jeff & Sheri Easter's gospel music festival in Lincolnton in May. I'm glad that gospel music brings you so much happiness. Gospel is the root of country, soul, bluegrass and other forms as well. Take care my buddy and hope to see you perform in person. --- Don Rhodes.

Evening sir,

I started work here 3 weeks ago hoping to save enough money to record my music in nashville this summer, unfortunately i was let go yesterday because my boss Adam decided my face was just simply too brown n' my mind was simply too bright to have to wake up too 3 days a week.I guess you were really saying a whole lot about Abe Lincoln and those vampires. I was shocked and sort or hurt to know that we still revert back to these types of things nowadays, so i went home last night and watched Stephen Spielbergs "Red Tails" and had some thanksgiving left-overs to ease my heart, got up early and started searching for a new job. Sir, I am honored to have met you before it all occurred and from one music man to another you got IT raw with your tunes!!! I was also pleased to know we have a mutual friend, Jack Batson says hello and wishes you and your daughter the best. feel free to give em a call, i'm sure he'd love to hear from ya. Peace - MARQ - FROM NORTH AUGUSTA WINE AND BEVERAGE.

Frank,

The more I learn about you, the more I like you. And I suspect that the longer you live, the more you like yourself.

I think that since your retirement, you have really found yourself. In that sense, you have been born again, and you are enjoying the most meaningful days of your life.

I am glad to have you as a friend, for you have taught me what it means to be a friend.

Dear Mr. Thomas,
I really enjoyed reading your biography of how you successful you have become through hard beginnings. I see that it was hard times coming up however, you were determined to make a difference in this world and I like the fact that you had a strong family foundation to push you along the way! It is quite an honor to be the first African American television journalist hear in Augusta and I see that your love for music has a lot to do with the love that you have for JESUS CHRIST! You are an inspiration to me and I know that the Lord is using you to bring others to Jesus Christ!!

Sincerely,

Mallory K. Millender, Jr.
