Today has been an extraordinary day for me.yesterday morning I got up early as usual,and headed for the gym.When I arrived I felt so bad that I turned around and came back home.Today was entirely different.I arrived at the gym shortly after 7:00am. I did my warm up as I always do,but today was a laid back day.After my stretches I began my push ups. I did 300-push ups, and 305- crunches. Then I proceeded to do my light curls; Finally it was time to head to the 4th floor. I did the treadmill only for about 45 minutes....they were extraordinary. After a few minutes in the whirlpool, and and a hot shower I came home.Another good day that the lord has made. Take care

Al.mighty Beloved;

You have blessed me with a new day. open my mind, my eyes and my heart to receive you. Show me what is real. I have to know the truth. At any moment of this day an opportunity to further your kingdom may be known to me. something. Something I take for granted or consider to be as insignificant could be a gift to someone else. Will it be the lady at my church who has just lost her husband and needs comfort? Will it be the young child in my class who has so many questions and needs guidance? Or will it be the elderly diabetic man at the doctor's office who has not eaten a meal today? Help me to pay attention. Surrounded by uncertainty and a hurting world, fill me with your grace and loving-kindness through your son, Jesus Christ, so that my life may be a blessing to others. Let the most important thing do today be "to love".

My father died when I was four months leaving my 19 year old mother alone with a four month old son. We lived with her parents. Growing up I often longed for a brother or a sister. When I married my wife and I wanted children so badly but none came.I began asking God to give me a child. May 22nd 1970 my prayers were answered. My daughter was born. I really cannot find the right words to express how thankful I was to God for answering my prayer; but each day I thank him for my very special gift Michelle. daughter I love you more each day and feel so blessed to have you in my life.

REMINDER- HARMONY ANNIVERSARY

Please mark your calendar for the 27th of May. That is the date of a multi-talented group known as "HARMONY". These young men can sing. The first time that I heard them in person I was blown away. While singing with the Melodians I wrote and recorded a song titled "MOVE ON". I thought that it was OK, that is until I heard Harmony sing it. After hearing their version I stopped singing it. Harmony will be celebrating their anniversary May 27th, 6:00pm at the NEW BEGINNING. I promise you if you go and hear them sing you will not be disappointed.

Hello Friends,

I've uploaded all the songs from ”THE OLD TIME WAY" to YouTube (with a temporary video) so please make use of the site to create a great gospel playlist that you can listen to on your computer while at work or at home.

You can click on one of the playlists I've made, or you can use some (or all) of my videos and add other great gospel artists for a truly joyful and soul-stirring collection.

Eventually, I hope to create much more meaningful and individual videos for each song, but for now, I hope the montage of some of my favorite photos will suffice. If you have the time, please "like" some of your favorites and subscribe to my channel.
